Supported Payment Platforms
Better Keep Notes Pro subscriptions can be purchased through the following platforms:
- Google Play Store – Android devices
- Apple App Store – iOS and macOS devices
- Razorpay – Web platform (betterkeep.app)
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. The cancellation process depends on where you purchased your subscription:
Google Play Store (Android)
Tapping "Cancel Subscription" in the app will open the Google Play Store subscription management page. You'll complete the cancellation through Google Play directly.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- After cancellation, you won't be charged again
- You can resubscribe at any time from within the app
Apple App Store (iOS/macOS)
Tapping "Cancel Subscription" in the app will open the App Store subscription management page. You'll complete the cancellation through Apple directly.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- After cancellation, you won't be charged again
- You can resubscribe at any time from within the app
Razorpay (Web)
Tapping "Cancel Subscription" will cancel your subscription at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You'll continue to have Pro access until your subscription expires
- Your subscription will not auto-renew
- Once cancelled, you cannot undo the cancellation (Razorpay limitation)
- You can purchase a new subscription after your current one expires
Important: All Cancellations Take Effect at End of Billing Period
For all platforms, cancellation stops future renewals but you keep Pro access until your current billing period ends. Your notes always remain safe and accessible locally, even after your subscription expires.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies depending on how you purchased your subscription:
Google Play Store (Android)
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Google Play are handled according to Google's refund policy.
You can request a refund directly through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase. For refunds outside this window, please contact our support team.
Apple App Store (iOS/macOS)
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page or by contacting Apple Support.
Razorpay (Web)
For subscriptions purchased through our website via Razorpay, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you're not satisfied with Pro within the first 30 days, contact us at contact@betterkeep.app for a full refund.
Important Notes
- Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data
- Your locally stored notes are always accessible, even after subscription ends
- Cloud-synced notes will remain on your device but won't sync new changes until you resubscribe
- You can export all your data at any time from the app settings
- For Google Play and App Store subscriptions, you can resubscribe anytime from within the app
- For Razorpay (web) subscriptions, you can purchase a new subscription after your current one expires
