Yes! Better Keep Notes works completely offline without any account. All free features are available without signing up. You only need an account if you want to sync your notes across devices.

What happens when my Pro subscription expires?

Your notes are always yours. When your subscription expires, you'll still have access to all your local notes. Cloud sync will pause, but your data remains safe and encrypted locally. You can export everything at any time.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

Yes! New users get a 7-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card required to start. If you decide Pro isn't for you, you'll automatically switch to the free plan.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes, you can change your billing cycle at any time. If you switch from monthly to yearly, you'll get a prorated credit for your remaining monthly subscription.

Can I self-host Better Keep Notes?

Yes! If you're interested in running your own backend with Firebase or Supabase, please contact us at contact@betterkeep.app and we'll help you get set up.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. For subscriptions purchased through app stores, refunds are processed according to their respective policies.
